Find Peace in Stressful Times
Is stress affecting your health? The first thing to do is to identify what the stressors are in your life. We are all different and we all experience different levels of stress. Not all stress is bad. Some stress pushes us to accomplish the things we need to do. Underlying chronic stress that continually produces stress hormones is the type of stress that causes negative effects in our body. What is causing you underlying stress now?
Find a quiet place and think about what is going on in your life. What are you struggling with today? What health problems are you experiencing right now? The following conditions are linked to stress: heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, emotional anxiety or depression, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, sleep disorders, some auto-immune diseases, and even the aging process.
Knowing what is causing your stress will point you in the direction of coping with your stress. Feel free to call or message me if you would like some guidance.
